Your exam is Friday pm. Please bring in a calculator.

top tips -
the first 20 questions will be short answer multiple choice – if you want an A you should be maximising on these. From then on you will get 4 and 6 mark questions. You MUST explain your answers not just list the answer. Longer questions require a structure. The most important part of this is to make sure you explain BOTH sides of the argument, just positives or just negatives will not give you the top marks. Take your time to expand on your answers and conclude.

I wish you all good luck in your Unit 4 exams, you all know the score so plan yor answers and then expand each point adding your own judgement to gain the evaluation marks.  I am sure you will all do well.  All the best!

I have added the mock paper you did for unit 4 as well as some additional essay questions on a link entitled Mock Essays, Both these links are on the additional resources page. The recession questions may be worth another look again just to get your mind set right for the first section.  Remember to plan your answers first. Remember the first section is where you need to bring in your own research in addition to the information in the case.

Please look at the new resources and definitions on the year 13 pages to help you.  Please bring in any essay answers on Thursday to be looked at.

REMEMBER THURSDAY MORNING there will be a revision session for you.  This is especially important as we have some up to date resources and tips to give you so come along and bring your brains!

Good Luck with your Business Exam

Good luck for tomorrow.  Don’t forget your calculators for the exam.  If you remember can you please bring your green Anderton Books in with you.  Remember to take your time, re-read your answers and check you have answered the question to the best of your ability, expanding your answer by looking at the marks available. Remember on the longer answer questions to give both sides of the arguments e.g the advantages and disadvantages and on evaluate questions to have a conclusion, and dont leave anything blank!  Good luck!

HELP IF NEEDED – Friday 10.00-12.00 J5

I need to go into school this Friday to pick up some bits and pieces for Monday, I will stay around from 10.00am until 12.00 to help anyone if you need it for Mondays exam.  Please go to J5, if it is locked i will leave a note on the door saying where i am.  I hope you are all doing some revision, look at the past papers and the glossary and go through question by question expanding your answers. Please tell everyone!
